Impulse (also referred to as “Impulse”, “the App”, or “we”) is designed to help users build mindful habits and reduce impulsive behaviour related to gambling. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Data We Collect

We collect limited, anonymised data to understand how users interact with Impulse and to improve the user experience. Specifically, we collect:

• App usage events (e.g., when a session starts or ends, achievement unlocked)
• Aggregated analytics on feature engagement (e.g., how often users complete a 60-second pause)
• Crash reports and performance metrics (to fix bugs and improve reliability)

No personally identifiable information (PII) such as name, email, phone number, or payment details is collected by the App. All analytics data is processed anonymously and cannot be traced back to individual users.

Analytics and Tracking

Impulse uses a privacy-compliant analytics provider (such as Firebase Analytics or TelemetryDeck) to collect anonymised usage data. These insights help us:

• Understand which features are most helpful
• Identify areas to improve user experience
• Measure engagement and retention (e.g., how many users complete their daily pauses)

You can disable analytics tracking at any time from within the App’s Settings section.
